Individual Counseling
I offer individual counseling sessions and am in-network with a variety of insurance providers. I can bill insurance directly; however, it is your responsibility to understand your coverage, benefits, and eligibility. I strongly encourage you to contact your insurance company with any questions prior to our first session. Below is a list of insurance options currently accepted for individual counseling sessions:

Couples Counseling
To maintain the highest ethical standards and clinical practices, I do not accept insurance for couples counseling sessions. All couples sessions are private pay only. Please note that this applies specifically to couples counseling and does not affect the insurance options available for individual counseling sessions.
Session Rates for Individual Counseling
Insurances may be used for individual counseling sessions. Copayments, co-insurance amounts, and private pay rates are due at the time of the appointment.

A free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss your treatment options.
Intake Appointment for Individuals
Duration: 53-60 minutes
We will talk about your history, explore how current symptoms are impacting you, and discuss what ongoing treatment will look like.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions for Individuals
Duration: 53-60 minutes
We work together to help you make strides towards healing and revitalization.

To continue adhering to the best ethical standards and practices, I do not accept insurance for couples counseling sessions, and all couples sessions are private pay only. Payment is due at the time of the appointment.
Initial Consultation for Couples
A free 15-minute phone consultation to discuss hopes and desires for counseling. Both partners are encouraged to be present for the initial consultation call.
Intake Appointment for Couples
Duration: 53-60 minutes
Both partners attend to discuss their goals for counseling and to explore how treatment will look. Couples sessions are private pay only and payment is due at the time of the appointment.
Ongoing Therapy Sessions for Couples
Duration: 53-60 minutes
The couple and therapist continue to work together to help create deeper emotional bonds, security, and lasting change. Couples sessions are private pay only and payment is due at the time of the appointment.
